High Definition Recording
The 1.3 MP high-performance image sensor can capture footage at 1280 x 960 resolution with a bit rate of 2 Mbps to 4 Mbps. This is an ideal stream setup that provides quality footage in H.264 format. The default visual input is in 360-degree fisheye mode.
The mic on the camera bulb can be used for audio monitoring. It also features a speaker through which you can talk back when required. The audio compression used is by G711 companding.
Motion Detection
The camera can pick up motion in the peripheral view and send alerts. These alerts can be received at your email, keeping you informed of what is happening on your property. The camera is also capable of night vision up to 10m.
Storage and Playback
The video and audio can be recorded to an SD card up to 128GB that can be accommodated on the device. You may also choose a remote PC. The former is provisioned with loop recording in case the storage is full.
Connectivity
The camera can be connected to your network by WiFi. It can be interfaced from anywhere in the world when it is connected to the internet. The built-in WiFi technology supports most 2.4Ghz access points.
Mobile App
If you are using an Android phone or an iPhone, you can download the V380 app for mobile surveillance. You can use this app to switch through different views, including a panoramic view and recording modes.
